I am Sick Delicious

Sick Delicious ( Alex ”Jojo” Guaring) is a Filipino-California native. He creates visuals that are inspired by living in Southern California, drawing from skate culture, street art, and underground music scenes such as hip hop and electronic. His art has evolved from illustration to computer graphics. Today his focus is on motion design and creating live visuals for events. His work is a collage of hand-drawn and digital techniques providing a surreal psychedelic experience that interacts with the mood and energy of the moment. He has worked on the Documentary "Dear Rider," (HBO, Red Bull) and "Giving Voice" (Netflix) as a motion designer. He is resident visuals artist for Coachella's Turn Down Tent, an audiovisual experience and art installation. He has also VJed for musical artists at venues such as Grand Performances and for various DJ collectives throughout L.A.
